    Sabuni means 'Soap' in Swahili.
  • Are Any Of The Products Vegan?
    We offer a varitey of products some are Vegan, Organic, Kosher and Premuim. The majority of our ingreidents are plant-derived, but we do use honey in many of our products. A few products ill also contain beewax, silk protein, milk powder, essential oils, castor oil, grape seed and more. There's a full list of ingreidents under every product for your review.   • Are Your Products Safe For Children?
    Yes, Simply Sabuni NYC products are full of natural ingredients and nourishing for the skin; and many of our clients use them on their newborns or small children. As with all products the rules for allergy testing apply. Children and adults with exceedingly sensitive skin should patch-test on a small inconspicious patch of skin (inner arm) first to make sure there's no reaction. Again with all our products they canbe customized to your own personal needs and desires.
  • What Happens When A Product Is Out Of Stock?
    We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. If your item(s) just so happen to be out of stock, we will contact you to discuss how you qould like the order handled. Certain products may not be available due to curiing time. All of our handmade cold and hot process soaps need to be on the shelf for 4-8 weeks to products a mild bar of soap. We offer our clients the option to preorder - in order to assure that they have the products that they want at the end of curing time.
  • Can I Cancel Or Make Any Changes To My Order?
    We do not accept orde cancellations or changes once an order is processed. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at; Simplysabuni@gmail.com. Please include your order number.
  • Do You Accept Personal Checks, Money Orders Cash app, Pay Pal, Venmo, Google Pay, Zelle & Stripe?"
    We do not accept personal checks but we do accept money orders. Money orders should be sent to our address listed in your confirmtion email. Please make it payable to Simply Sabuni, be sure to include your order number on the money order. Please be aware there will be extra processing time in order for the payment to clear.   • How Do I Track My Order?
    When your order is shipped we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
  • Can I Ship To Multiple Addresses?
    You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.
  • What Shipping Method Do You Use?
    The majority of our packages are shipped by USPS. However some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier. For more information, please email simplysabuni@gmail.com
  • Do I Have To Sign For My Delivery?
    You will NOT have to sign for your delivery unless you click 'Signature Required Box' in the checkout. However, by not clicking the box in the checkout you acknowledge that neither USPS or Simply Sabuni NYC is responsible for replacing any products in the event that your order is damaged or missing.
  • What Do I Do If I Have Special Delivery Instructions?
    Unfortunately, at this time, USPS does NOT accept special delivery instructions for orders placed through Simply Sabuni NYC.
  • My Order Was Damaged In Shipping. What Should I Do?
    Please contact us immediately to let us know what happened and also contact the shipping company to notify them. Be sure to take photos of the packaging and of the damaged products to send to us. After you have notified the shipping company please provide us with any claim information you receive from them. Upon receipt of proof of damage and claim information we will make a final determination on the damaged item(s).
